The red sash is her tool of the trade. She uses it for any number of things. It's a sash, a shawl, a bandanna, a dancing aid, a weapon, a tourniquet, etc... as you can imagine she puts it through a lot so it gets replaced regularly.
Ántonia is an expert acrobat and deceptively sneaky. People think they have her figured out because she's always making a scene, but she uses that to her advantage.
